The factors that affect the quality of information include:
Accuracy - Information needs to be accurate to be of high quality. E.g Missing digits/characters in an email address will lead to email delivery issues
Relevance - Information must be relevant to its purpose to avoid confusion when searching for what is required. E.g. Getting weather information about a different location other than where you are intending to travel to leading to lack of preparedness
Age - Information must be up to date to be useful. E.g. Using prices from 5 years ago in order to make a budget for the current year.
Level of detail - Information needs to be of the right amount to be of high quality. Too much may be boring or oversharing while too little will leave room for speculation and may lead to misunderstanding or lack of communication at all. E.g. placing an online order without specifying the delivery addresss or talking too much about yourself in an event about someone else.
Completeness - Information needs to be complete in order to useful. E.g. Providing an estate name as an address without specifying the town it is in
